Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination. As a general guide:
United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–18 business days
Rest of World: 10–25 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are borne by the seller. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Please note that customs regulations for knives vary by country and region. Buyers are responsible for understanding and complying with the knife import regulations in their own country or region before placing an order.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your shipment's progress.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@biliknife.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
